"Images larger than 250 KB are automatically resized."

That's odd that it wouldn't let you upload it, but I guess this type of thing happens sometimes. Just save a new copy at 800x600 or something and try reposting it.

I'd be pumping some more things out for you guys, since I've got some screenshots from the last beta event from both William the Silent and myself, but since school is beginning to wind down and AP tests are just about a month away, teachers have begun to start their sprint to the finish, so I've been buried with random assignments and such. I've had some decent ideas on what I want to do with the shots, I just need to find some free time to work on them, and then I'll post them here.

Well, I did my best. Haven't used Photoshop in months, so I picked up some tutorials and starting trying. This way, starting with the easy things being told in a tut, I could find out how to improve certain things. Bad thing is that I didn't make that much screenies during last BWE. Only ones that I have are one of me dancing (NSFW one - tx to the warrior-dance in combination with a naked ele-girl) and one of me lying dead on the floor.

Anyways, if you guys could rate my sig and comment on it, I would be really happy. You're never to old to learn

thats really pretty
i find that i learn best by doing
i haven't tried any tuts for photoshop
but i might if i feel the urge again lol

Nice job BunnyMaster, the colours flow well. I can't count how many times I used and abused that picture with photoshop. Yours works well, and the outer glow is very smooth. I hope you made good use of the colourize feature

Who wants to participate in a group picture? I don't know how we would manage it, but with all the interest so far, why not? Maybe AgentDarkBootie could draw something, us photoshopers could mix and blend it, then William of Orange could add text (since he seems to like doing that). Well, maybe not in that order, but it would be fun. Any ideas?

I use the tuts mainly to get in touch with all the different functions. After "doing" a tut, I start over and try to find out for myself. And of course, looking for different things, other settings etc.

@Daemon:
The coloring was in fact the hardest part. I'm a perfectionist and all the layers should fit nicely within the same color-range. Which btw, took me app. 3 hours to do >.<

I finally got around to making another image, although it's still just simplistic stuff. Only wanted to utilize some of the screenshots I got from the ending of the April BWE, so I slapped some stuff together, tried to emulate The Wilds wallpaper Arenanet posted, and this is what I got...

Edit: I'll throw in something about "April Beta Event" in the bottom left of the image, but I'm busy with other stuff right now, so I'll get to it soon...

man im starting to get *really* annoyed with PaintShop Pro now - i don't have Photoshop, and i can't do jack all with text effects for PSP, and can't find good internet tutorials. Anyone on this site use PSP? or shall i blunder on in the darkness the old fashioned way? (extensive trial and error of every option in the program :P - thats how i learnt all the stuff i can do atm

)
